Time Slot Length
This option allows you to set the default duration for time slots in your booking schedule. For example, if you select a 30-minute time slot, your customers will see booking options like 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and so on.
The time slot length acts as a default setting, which can be referenced when adding a service or selecting an individual time slot.
Default value: 5 minutes.
Set Slot Length as Service Duration
When this feature is enabled, the time slot length will automatically adjust to match the duration of the service. For instance, if a service duration is set to 1 hour, customers will see booking intervals like 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 12:00 PM.
Default value: Disabled.
Minimum Time Requirement Prior to Booking
This feature ensures customers book appointments a set amount of time in advance. For example, if you require bookings to be made at least 1 day ahead, you can set this option to 1 day. If no restriction is needed, this feature can be disabled.
Default value: Disabled.
Limited Booking Days
This option lets you define the maximum number of days in advance customers can book appointments. For example, setting the limit to 90 days ensures no bookings can be scheduled beyond that timeframe.
Default value: 365 days.
Week Starts On
This feature allows you to customize the first day of the week on your calendar. Depending on regional preferences, you can choose Sunday or Monday as the starting day.
Date Format
You can adjust the date format to match your preferred style or regional standard.
Time Format
Choose between a 12-hour or 24-hour time format based on your preference.
Default Appointment Status
This option determines the default status of new appointments. For instance, selecting “Pending” ensures all new bookings require manager approval before confirmation. Once reviewed, appointments can be either approved or declined.
Default value: Approved.
Show Timeslots in Client Time Zone
When enabled, customers will view available time slots adjusted to their local time zone. This is particularly useful for businesses offering services across multiple regions.
Allow Admins to Book Appointments Outside Working Hours
Activating this feature lets admins schedule appointments manually for times outside the set working hours via the admin panel.
Only Registered Users Can Book
This option restricts booking access to logged-in users. Visitors who aren’t logged in will be redirected to the login page before they can complete a booking.
