Appointments Menu

The Appointments Menu in Availabu provides a comprehensive view and management system for all appointments. With tools for searching, filtering, editing, and creating appointments, it ensures streamlined scheduling and booking operations.

Features

Appointment List

  • View a list of all appointments.
  • Use the search tool and filters to find appointments quickly.
  • Sort columns in ascending (ASC) or descending (DESC) order for easy organization.

Managing Appointments

  • Edit or Delete:
  • Click on the options menu next to an appointment to edit or delete it.
  • Delete multiple appointments by selecting them and clicking the delete button at the bottom.
  • Payment Details:
  • Click on the icon in the PAYMENT column to view detailed payment info.
  • Update the payment price or status as needed.

Creating New Appointments

  1. Click the New Appointment button.
  2. In the New Appointment window:
  • Select the necessary options, such as date, time, and service.
  • Time options are based on the timesheet, holidays, and special days set in the settings.
  1. Group Appointments:
  • For services with group capacity, multiple customers can book the same timeslot.
  • Admins can manually add customers to group appointments and specify the number of attendees, which will reduce the available slots accordingly.
  1. Extras and Custom Forms:
  • Add extras related to the service using the Extras tab.
  • Use Custom Forms to add additional information to the appointment.
  1. Coupons:
  • Apply coupons during manual appointment creation.
  1. Notifications:
  • If the “Run workflows on save” checkbox is not activated, notifications won’t be sent to customers. Enable this checkbox to trigger notifications.
  1. Select the customer and finalize the appointment.

Recurring Appointments

Availabu supports recurring appointments with customizable options for daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

Monthly Recurring Appointments

  • Select specific days of the month (e.g., 5th, 10th, 15th) or options like the first Sunday, last Wednesday, or third Friday of each month.
  • Define a start and end date or specify the number of repetitions in the Times section.
  • If the service has a fixed full period, the end date will be automatically calculated.

Weekly Recurring Appointments

  • Choose the days of the week for recurring appointments.
  • Set the start time for each day.
  • Define the start and end dates for the appointments.

Daily Recurring Appointments

  • Specify the interval for daily repetition (e.g., every 1 day, every 2 days).
  • Set the time, start date, end date, and repetition count.
